The man is not wearing correct PPE: no safety goggles, lack of protective clothing (arms uncovered). He is exposing himself to burn injuries and welding Arc flash to his eyes from radiation.
This man is holding nails in his mouth, and exposing himself to cuts in his mouth, chocking or being poisoned from special coating on some nails.
This man is putting himself and others in danger: he could fall and drop load due to it being unstably bound, he could trip because he cannot see where he i going, or he could hurt himself by carrying a load that is way too heavy.
Power supply should be turned off and work should be performed by a qualified worker. Hard hat should also be worn.
This man should have a harness or fall safety equipment on him to protect himself from falling and workers below. He should also be wearing safety goggles to protect his eyes from flying debris
No PPE. Split paint can be a chemical, fire, or trip hazard.
This man has no gloves to protect him from burns, molten metal and sparks.
If the water spill is in a public place he would present a possible dangerous situation for other people. He should have barricades and markers out indicating the wet floor and possible slip hazard. If using detergents or cleaners he should be wearing protective gloves and clothing.
